The Fed's Response to a Recession
If the economy is currently in a recession with job losses The inflation rate won't be accelerating at that point It'll be decelerating and we are sort of conditioned because of this inflationary environment over the past six to twelve months That inflation is going to come down slowly. I do think it will be somewhat dependent on oil and where the Fed keep really get into a box A box that they may not be able to get out of is if we have oil prices jump back up to maybe 130 140 150That would be a very difficult environment for them But but if we have a recession and and one that's that's deep I would expect that to overpower any of the supply issues that are Right
