What Is a Keystone Habit?
Sleep apnea is a big rock because it impacts hunger, cravings and quartersall levels. It makes us more insolent, resistanc and it makes us more tired and less motivated to exercise. If we could change our sleep wave a magic wand, and just sleep better, quantity and quality, we would have less hunger, less cravings, better energy, more motivation,. More insolent sensitivity, less high quarters all levels. Oftentimes people refer to these things as keystone habits. So thinking about keystones in our life style, we really need to be thinking about the one, two, three or four things that make all of the difference.
