Is There a Myth About Head Dunking in an Ice Plunge?

I read in your book that blood flow to the brain actually goes down when you're in an ice pines right so it would seem perhaps not a great idea to spend at least too long under underwater but anecdotally speaking I think it feels good maybe it sends a signal to everyone around you that you're cold adapted. By doing the head dunk it might be that our core temperature rate decreases even faster according to studies and all the benefits comes from excavating your co-perceptors in the skin.
