How to Shop in a Foreign Language

Shopping in another language is a little bit hard because I feel a little uncomfortable when a shopper system is just following me around. It's even worse when you don't really understand the language. My first experiences here, they're like, oh, can I help you? You can Portuguese. So I didn't really learn much about retail with my work experience but it was an experience nonetheless.
