Mental toughness is not being distracted. It's ability to focus. When it happens, and it's going to happen, how quickly can you let it pass through you? Acute stress good. That's called u stress. U stress super beneficial. Lots of physiological health benefits come fom that chronic stress is the constant. And that's what destroys our health. You can not out train and not outeat stress. You can't do it. If you're the type of person that's so stressed, are stress. I stress.
