The Importance of Conflict in Podcasting

I don't view podcasts necessarily as meetings, but maybe I should bring more conflict to the book. In some meetings with my designers and team members, when they were all everybody was agreeing with each other, I decided to take the counterpoint just and then they had to argue it. It does do problems because two of your two co-hosts and we might have to get drew on board on this.
