We don't really know what the actual call should be for women to optimize resistance training. We just fall into the typical periodization programm that's been based on male data. There's a cultural and a i guess it started as a cultural context where women were always deemed too delicate to participate in sport. Even now, reviews coming out saying that there is a lack of representation of women in medical studies. Andno, again, it's 20 22. Now the push is to get people to do it.
