How to Be a Great Leader When You're Dealing With Dynamic Situations
The over inflated ego is actually projection of insecurity. A lot of times the best answer is not going to come from your own fucking noggin. When I get someone in a situation like that, I put them in charge of something. And then they'll do it successfully and their confidence will be increased. Urge people who have big egos but maybe not so much that it's not correctable.
