How Much Is Your Dad's Living Expense?

i'm working on helping my dad, who is 79, retiredand and has a portfolio with som he's got about half million dollars right now in municipal bond funds. And so i'm looking to help him with a strategy to best do that. How much are his living expenses? A, probably 50 thousand a year. How much is e is geving that purity income? I don't know any guesses. He's not crazy about real estate. Hes sold a rent house and he still has a rental condo unit.
