How to Use a Z Wave Device to Measure Consumption

Swedish company Z wave devices that can measure three kilowatts. And that was enough to get the driver in as well. But also it only sends the notification based on who's at home. So if someone's not at home, they don't get a notification. Plus if neither of us is a home, then I get like the input Boolean that just gets on. If someone gets home, it will again get a notification that something finished.
