The Case of Cohen

I don't see how he's not convicted of something, whether it's a misdemeanor or a felony is going to be there. There are a couple of interesting issues that how you apply the state law here. And what it takes to bump up a misdemeanor to a felony. I think the DA has the better of it. Jim Trustee was on CNN with Jake Tapper attacking Cohen for the ability, but Cohen's credibility is really an issue.
