i think one of the reasons that the supreme court feels so emboldened to make this series of absolutely massive decisions is because no one important in democratic party has yet to question their legitimacy. And i'm not saying that younow democrats should be a, you know, pulling a full andrew jackson here, but i think starting to inject that into the conversation might go long way in preventing such extreme rulings in the future. Won't change the supreme court's mind on any things. But it will perhaps push them more to the roberts end of the conservative spectrum - someone who is fundamentally afraid of rocking the boat and a changing things too much.
