Modern smartphones can scan QR codes on their own without needing a special app. The steps are the same in both iPhone and Android. Dave Chesen's QR code generator over at kindlepreneur.com is probably the easiest and most friendly tool to use. IQR codes, which is an app for Mac only, has lots of options and it's very powerful. But with hyphens in between the words, it's not a very podcast friendly URL.
