i was thinking about that in preparation for talking about this, where i try to make sure i keep some white space. It's really hard when you work internationally, yes, because of the different time zones. If you don't set these bondries, there's nobody else who will do it for you. I actually block ot wide space. E to and breaks. Ye, for example, no meetings before a certain time or after a certain time, or no meetings over lunch. And that's a big party. Could have a whole nother podcast on that, just managing time and not filling up your time.
