I've been thinking about this and implementing changes to my practice since you presented on this, the Latrobe running symposium. And I think overall it's probably made a positive change in some of those runners outcomes that are rehabilitating injuries. Oh, it's awesome. Yeah. The same thing, you know, where we're really kind of started latching onto this was when I started looking at how I was doing my return to run programs with the runner who was injured. You know, even though the overall workload is low, it's actually relatively high for that individual at that given point.
