Sticky Notes: Debussy was a revolutionary from his first moments as a composer. He disliked traditional forms, had very little respect for the past masters like Beethoven and Mozart. The main thing that Debussy wanted to append with his music is the simple major and minor scale. In the prelude to the afternoon of a fawn, you hear that amazing blend of scales and harmonies throughout the piece.
