How to Diagnose a Missing Person
Internal medicine residents are great at listening at hearts and lungs, but they just don't examine joints all that carefully or well because they're not trained to. You know, with the feet and the ankles, I mean, that the feet are kind of like the hands. And so the MTP joints, you know, underneath the base of the toes, those are really parallel to the MCP joints. So in the same way that the MCPs are kind of the most classically involved with RA, MTP joints are.
