How to Train a Dog to Smell Cancer
CNN's John Sutter looks at a new type of robot nose. Called the nano nose, it would be able to recognize smells like humans do. The idea comes from an experiment in which dogs were trained to smell breast and bladder cancer. It could also work for other types of objects such as music or paintings.
