Antitrust Laws - Is There a Consumer Welfare Standard?

I think you get into a semantic or lexical debate. And I don't think that's wise. Congress wrote a statute. It's up to Congress to make value judgments. If Congress wants to impose a standard that's perhaps more detailed, more nuanced, or articulate certain parameters, then that should come from Congress.
