How Do You Model Effective Participation in Meetings?

In terms of this meeting, it kind of relies upon people following the norms of the meeting. When you introduce this process to people, follow the rules. And if they don't like how do you deal with that? Bcause i'm thinking about this fom like a school leader perspective as well,. i can just see meetings being so much more effective, right? As long as people kind of don't talk foreverduing their spot, like i kind of did in our meeting.
