The Early Apollo Missions - What Did You Learn?
The pressure of the apollo programme kicked off this massive focus on stem education in the united states. It led to several decades of really committed investment in science and engineering education. As the early apollo missions progressed, we also learned quite a bit about planetary science. We were able to take samples back from the surface of the moon and analyze what we now call lunar regalith. So there's really so many different things that we've learned through science. And then also to the benefit of technology and society through those earlyApollo missions.
