What Do You Wish For?

The impact theory is literally my theory on how to impact people at scale. In our first three years alone, we grew by 57 thousand % in manufacturing. We had people lined up around the block just for an interview. And i remember asking people a magic genies about to show up and theyre ging to grant you one wish, and one wish only. It's got to be for you. What do you wish for? Ae, i wanted to know what their selfish desire was. I asked that question probably close to 300 times. The answer was so horrifying to me that it gave birth to the company that i now run.
