How to Be a Successful Founder in an Acquisition
The more experienced a founder is in an acquisition, the easier it is on the company that's acquiring. The greater that discrepancy, the harder it is for that person to find a spot. That doesn't mean that everybody has to leave. It's just recognizing where that person is going to be able to add the most value.
