Using an Electronic Trainer Is a Better Way to Workout Than a Standard Trainer
There are ways that you can kind of cheat the workouts on an ergometer. Most trainers take anywhere from one to three to even five seconds, most electronic trainers to make such drastic changes and resistance happen. But something else to keep in mind is that if it takes that much time to change on the front end, it’s also going to take that much time at the back end.
