Hitchcock Pranks

Hitchcock spent a lot of the money he made playing increasingly aggressive pranks. He had custom whoopie cushions sofa cushions made for his home furniture which he would put out in lieu of regular cushions. One time during the production of a film Hitchcock found boring he bet one of his crew members a full week's salary if the man could spend the night chained to a camera in the empty darkened studio.
