The Power of Difference
I love to see these little sparks of differences and, you know, different unique tendencies that students have. And it's so amazing to see them once they really grasp on to something and run with it. If we were all the same, it would be a very dull world. There are some college campuses that will value that; there are others that are very conformist. I don't want to see a student who has had that struggle in high school and middle school, go to a college that just will embrace that difference.
