Saldow is a wine brand that wants to expand your palate and your mind taking you to unexpected places in wine. Saldow's flagship Zinfandel launched almost 20 years ago and helped reinvigorate an overlooked California varietal. Since then they've launched a red blend, and Shenenblanc, staying off the beaten track of the more common California offerings. While Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc are more popular these days, the Saldow Shenen Blanc is ripe for rediscovery.
