The Babel Theory of Leadership

The Babel theory of leadership says that one of the really big factors is how much the person talks. And it doesn't actually matter what they talk about, whether it's complete nut or rubbish. So if I had to choose between somebody who gets up on a podium and say three words before sitting down, or somebody who can stand up and say 10,000 words before sit down, obviously, I'll go with the person who speaks to 10,000 Words because they seem to go here.
