The Role of Molecular Signaling Factors in Exercise

The goal of this is to increase our understanding of the molecular mechanisms responsible for the health benefits of exercise, because we know very little about that. Glenn: If you are on hypertension drug A that we know hits molecular target X, and we now in motor pack show that exercise also targets molecular factor X, clinicians will have more of an evidence base to know whether exercise can be an effective alternative therapeutic strategy based on mechanisms of action.
