There's an exchange fairly early on. I think he's actually the first meeting of grey and the doctor. And mey have this bizarre exchange where grey is talking about a child crying out, and also the howl of a dog or a wolf,. Neither of which i believe we've heard. Or if we have heard, ey've been so caught up in the bizarre sound design that it doesn't leap forward clearly. It goes back to this idea of grey creating the weirdness surrounding him.
