How to Be a Better English Teacher

I think there's a lot of teachers that try and get people to think, oh, learning English is very easy. And I really like these messages, which are kind of putting it in a realistic perspective. It's not something that you're going to achieve in a very short period of time. If someone else can learn English and be fluent in three months, then why can't I?
