There's going to be the smaller uh older commercial buildings the older office buildings are the ones that are experienced in the lack of rent. The new buildings that have gone up that provide all sorts of amenities for employees they're a magnet for bringing people back because there's such fun places to be. Where are you right now on safety security policing in New York City we've had so many conversations over the past two years sort of a pandemic post pandemic about what's happening in the city things seem like they have improved a bit but i'm curious if you feel the same way.
