The Importance of Negative Feedback

If you're delivering a tool for people to use, like the world at large, or if it's an internal tool for your company, it's got to live somewhere. So there are two options, not three options. First option is stop working on it. And that can mean never think about it again, or put it on your resume and admire it. The other option is to have changes or additional features. Negative feedback is really valuable because it will give you direction.
