The Mistakes of Perez's Qualifying

I'm not particularly impressed by drives where people don't qualify well and then just get back to where they should be. I'd argue Perez didn't even do that in Bahrain. Like, did he really need to go in so hot and maybe try and beat the stapper or something like that? It's a big error to completely go off and go into the gravel with an issue. He would have been seventh if it wasn't for some good fortune of the instant. And actually, he went off anyway on that restart before it got sent back.
