How to Conduct a Good Interview

The interviewer is trying to get something from you in that interview. It becomes your job to clearly communicate things about yourself during the interview. There are two types of interviews: qualitative, or behavior ones, and then more technical ones. And it's important, if you can, to try to suss out what type of interview are you in.
