The key issue there is the fact that, you know, it probably shouldn't be a hundred % maintenance training or a hundred % growth training. And then the question is, what's the right ratio for each individual? Ultimately, what the golfer wants to do to feel good, to feel confident, to feel that he or she is hitting the ball well er. So really maintenance training, which then leads to increased self epicaty self confidence are probably more important in that instance. But at the same time, of course, ultimately the challengers to become a better player all the time.
