How to Lead New Contributors in Django

Django is a free, open-source Django programming language. It's used to build web apps and mobile games. In the last few years there have been sprints where new contributors can learn how to work on projects together. The goal of these sprints is for people to realize that just by giving it a bit of time and love, they are legitimately able to contribute on an equal footing with anybody who's been around 10 years or more.
