Exploring Nietzsche's BRUTAL Criticism of Christianity

The Uberboyo Show

CHAPTER

The Downward Trend Into Nihilism

Nietzsche would call Christianity nihilistic. He was hoping we could be strong enough spiritually, strong enough creatively that we could digest our reality and create a new direction for ourselves. That's what he was seeking. And the warning to Christians who default back to Christianity is, as I said, it's a fear response. It's avoiding trying to escape the problem. In fact, it's trying to escaped the problem, but ending up going back into sort of a nihilistic perspective. You're not overcoming nihilism. You're actually getting absorbed a bit because Nietzsche would call Christianityihilistic. Blame it on German and sell. Burn his books in your backyard or something like that.
