We Will Be Working Like We're Working Now

We used to do all hands every wed Wednesday, but they were recorded. So one of my things in europe was to tell the team in europe, we cannot kick off our day on thursday if you haven't listened to all hands from the wednesday before. And it just had to become a habit, because else i can guarantee you that for the rest of the day, the stuff that's going to come up that are going to make no sense to you. But at least it was recorded, i think. I mean, i feel like this at thi's a sort of a point that we probably should have said right at the beginning, that is almost too obvious.
