After Hurricane Ian he went to Florida where there was a huge need for people who could fix homes. The sheriff tracked him down and showed up to arrest him for having a contract which he was charging people for it. He this is a felony charge of operating without a license even though he did have a license just in the wrong stateFlorida is one of a couple or actually one of a plurality of states that does not have universal licensing recognition laws.
