Challenges with Demographic Data and Representation in Law School Admissions

This chapter explores the difficulties of classifying non US citizen students as non resident aliens and how it affects representation in minority numbers. It also discusses the limitations of the ABA 509 report in capturing diverse student experiences and suggests alternative methods for understanding community experiences.
