Do You Have a Self Criticising Voice?

Self criticism is a huge issue tor the majority of at least the clients that i work with. The best way i know, and it is not easy,  is to practise and have ready cards, affirmations, statements,. Tie that to a check in with yourself a couple of times a day. And if it's not just pollyanna, wooho positive thinking, it is actually ing to create new noural pathways in the braina. I believe that some day i can whatever that mig be overtime, it will start to quiet that voice.
