How Do You Know if Your Character Should Succeed or Backtrack?
"I think about life where you know we take two steps forward in an area in our life and then take a step back like that's just how life goes," she says. "Our character's not going to learn what they need to learn in one fell swoop so I'm really visual so I map it out ahead of time um sometimes I think the plot dictates that too" She adds, "We're gonna make bigger mistakes in the beginning and smaller mistakes as we get closer to our goal."
