The fixed mindset says you are good at math. The growth mindset says you studied hard, you did a good job. It's about your action. Sometimes we do one small good thing and we think that excuses a lot of bad things. If you haven't started a business or done anything entrepreneurial in 10 years, I'm almost by definition not very entrepreneurial.
