In 1957, William Strang wrote the blueprint of a nuclear attack on London. The idea that it's going to be dad's army and civil defense guys running around with you said, 'Don't even think about it' In 1966, now this is a secret document. And guess what they include? No, it's not Canada's environment. From that point onwards, you see Dennis Cady's defense review.
