The Importance of Externalities in the Prevention of Disease
Sweden has decided that, okay, what we're going to do is to inform our citizenry and try to avoid maybe the super spreader events. But on a herd immunity strategy, you also have a directionality becoming positive if a healthy person is out. I think one thing for sure that their model has shown us is that they were able to avoid an exponential explosion of the disease. Somehow, putting the minimum measure in place for able, but they might end up with a higher level of mortality.
