The Importance of Vulnerability in Decision Making

Vulnerability is very important because I like to go after when I'm negotiating or having those kind of conversations or trying to make a decision. That's saying that being vulnerable is not which at times could be seen as being kind of like soft. And so it's not about being soft. It's about being open, vulnerable, real, but also having the gumption to say, if we can't come up with the right solution, I'm going to walk.
