Adaptive Optics Simulations in Python

In Python, you can simulate adaptive optics systems in a way that has infinite signal-to-noise ratio. But when you install an adaptive secondary mirror and a way front sensor, there are things called misregistrations. In a real system, your mirror could be half a degree rotated over. It could be tilted by one millimeter backwards. The problem with a measured interaction matrix is that it looks very noisy.
