Investing in People

I always like if you're doing loans, especially with family or friends, to work through a bag. So that's another way. And I'll never forget we have a wonderful photographer who's like a world famous photographer. He decided he wanted to stop doing what he was doing and so the question was, how was he going to generate an income if he did it? And I said, okay, well, you know, this is a flyer. I'm going to hire you to be our photographer and you're going to start taking photographs for us. It was kind of a flyer, but it turned out to be very, very successful. That's an example of investing in people.
