The Importance of Word of Mouth
B bindery is going to have a very tough time competing for desirable titles. They're basically outsourcing marketing and publicity all the stuff a traditional publisher would do on marketing and publicity that's earned and paid media is going to be offloaded. I'm guessing these books will still follow sort of the 80% power law we see in 20/20 rule but maybe there's one or two other influencers who are super happy about it because they had the big hit this cycle doesn't mean a book won't succeed.
